Import data and question about some settings

    Hi!

    First…thanks for the cool plugin!

    I have about 400 names to import…they are in an axcel sheet…only name and description….you offered to someone else to somehow import it….is this still possible?

    I created about 50 entries manually and it is really….boring 😉

    2nd question is about the Settings….i changed the Setting to not Show the description and Show in 3 colums…but is still the Standard when i visit the page. Any ideas?

    Hi Martin,

    the other party didn’t respond to the import. If you want I can try convert your excel sheet to queries for now. But you have to be able to get to the database yourself.

    As for the second part. Could you show me the url to your page?

    Also, it might be too obvious; but did you save the settings? It’s not AJAX (change and save at the same time).

    Yes I saved it :)…right now I have 3 dolums…so this worked…but the description is still there….doesn’t look too bad so maybe I will Keep it that way. I don’t want to post the link here because the page is under construction and should not be exposed…also the Topic is not good to post here 😉 I can send you the link and the Excel sheet if you give me an address.

    Hi Martin,

    I just issued version 1.6.16 which fixed the bug you addressed. It seemed like another user also reported it, but I had overlooked it.

    Fixed now. We’ll be in touch for the import.
