import data from other plugins

Hello everyone
Please advise how to migrate from other plugins to this plugin and import data from those plugins?
In the tools section of this plugin, the migration section apparently cannot identify other plugins and import their data.

You need to have the other plugin installed and active on your website before the migration tool can work.

I have several sites that have had one of the two plugins above installed on them for a long time. I have now installed your plugin and want to migrate it, but the migration section in your plugin cannot recognize those plugins!

I already responded. You need to have the plugin you are migrating from installed and active on your website,

Currently, we only support importing from Yet Another Star Rating, kk star ratings and wp post ratings plugins.

If you have them installed and still doesn’t work, open a ticket on our website via https://feedbackwp.com/support

Those old plugins were installed and active. Now I understand what the problem was. The import and migration section only had a problem in Safari, where it didn’t display anything. I checked in Firefox, and there was an import option from kk star, and I did it. Thank you.
