Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I can’t see any file or screenshot. However, you need to ensure proper mapping of the file data. Here’s our detailed documentation: https://docs.villatheme.com/woo-orders-tracking/#configuration_child_menu_3710
If you’ve followed the documentation, but still can’t upload tracking info using CSV file, please share me the file, I’ll try it on my site.
Best regards.

Hello,
thanks for your reply. Here is the file: https://fastupload.io/9d1a7f986b55d9b2
Thanks!
Thank you for the file. Please first export the CSV file, then add the tracking info in the file you sent me above to the exported file, then import that file back to your site.
I’ve tried the same and it works.

Hello,
I tried that, but it still doesn’t work. I recorded a screen video.

I tried it and it also didn’t work.
Hi,
We are sorry for the delayed response.
We tested the export orders and import tracking functions, and they work perfectly on our site. Kindly follow our steps to ensure it functions properly:
1. Export orders to a csv file.
2. Add tracking info to the orders.
3. Import Tracking file back to your site.
As we can see from your import file above, the Order item ID is missing values. You can see my sample: https://ibb.co/BPn22bt
Let’s try again and confirm with us.
Best regards.
