Import Email List Problems and Bug

Suggest the authors update documentation to let MAC users know 2 things:

1. Import File must be saved as a “Windows Comma Separated (.csv)”. I tried this after finding at least 2 other threads where users solved their problem this way. But my Test List of only 1 user still failed.

2. The last user in the list doesn’t get imported. I added new users to my test list and the import now works, except it always omits the last user on the list.

Almost abanded the plugin due to these problems. Pressing on for now, since there are so many great reviews.
