    @rsafra,

    Make sure you are using latest version of Email Subscribers (v3.1.2).

    Have you checked the correct CSV format to upload in the plugin? (the link is mentioned on that page).
    De-activate & then re-activate plugin once & then have a re-check.

    Also, although it says 0 emails imported but can you see the emails entered under Subscribers tab?

    I found a fix for this. I assume you’re on a MAC?
    If you “Save As” in Excel and select “Windows Comma Separated” .csv it will work.
    It’s probably a difference between Mac and Windows excel files and line breaks etc..

    I had the same problem, but the plugin output all my “invalid” emails. The fix to save as Windows format csv worked for me.
