    Hello,

I’m currently using the 7-day trial version and I’m trying to import some FAQs.

But I’m always getting the error message without any further details:
There was an error uploading the file, please try again!

The structure of my CSV I want to import is looking exactly the same as the CSV I exported beforehand. I’m only trying to import 2 FAQ with very limited content. So I cannot imagine what still should be wrong.

I’m using plugin version 1.8.22 and it’s happing with CSV, XLS as well as XLSX.

What can I do or is there an error in the plugin?

    Regards

    Michael

    Hi @emmtey,

We released version 1.8.23 of the plugin, we’ve patched this issue. Could you update the plugin and try again? Does it work now?

    REOPEN

    Hi,
unvortunately I’ve to repoen the ticket. As reported the initial import worked fine.

Now I want to import additional FAQs. No matter if I’m using a xlsx or a csv file the import doesn’t work. I don’t get any error message. How do I porceed:

    1. Selecting the file
    2. Pressing button “Import Spreadsheet FAQs”
    3. Then the screen is updating – neither an error message nor a message for sucessful import
    4. When I have a look in “FAQs” tab there is still the same amount of FAQs as before the import.

    Regards
