meanwhile i tell you that i create a new site so the id of products are changed (but i can change them on another time replacing in the csv).
however i’ve to say that i use also a plugin to create bundle so there are strange row maybe?!?

You can open the CSV file with the Text editor on your computer and see the wrong double-quotes.
