Import Error – ‘please select a csv file’

    When trying to import members I get the message ‘please select a csv file’. This occurs even when I browse and select the sample file provided. Any one else having this problem?

    I’ve disabled all plugins and gone back to the basic theme with no luck. My site is hosted on Siteground. I’ve added the following code to the wp-config file, still no luck.

    Ok, Just figured out it’s the browser. It won’t import in Firefox, but works in Edge.

    Glad to hear you’ve found a solution to the issues.

    Still in case you want to continue the investigation, I want to mention that I’ve tested this with Firefox and in my case everything worked correctly. Please check your Firefox privacy and security settings as these could interfere with this feature.
