    Hy’all, Noptin newbie here. I imported a CSV contacts file and was impressed by the visuals of the process. It said 17 records failed and 11 skipped and now I want to find out which those were, and what the problem was with them. But I can’t seem to find a log file or anything. Any help much appreciated.

    Hi @cbreemer,

    Noptin does not log skipped imports. However, imports may be skipped if the email is invalid or already exists in your list.

    Please ensure all emails in your CSV are valid and unique. You can also compare your CSV to the subscriber list in Noptin to identify any skipped entries.

    Thanks for your reply. I had already done exactly that and managed to find all the errors and duplicates.

    I’ve never come across software that pointedly reports errors but refuses to give up details. It would have saved me hours of work. Any particular reason why Noptin can’t, or won’t do that?
