    When exporting custom field headers and values are not exported into downloaded csv file, Only for values Question, Answers, Categories, Tag

    When importing if using names of custom field added in header, the import does not pull in the custom field values. Only for values Question, Answers, Categories, Tag

    Please advise how to down load and upload custom fields and the Post_date

    we have the Premium version 1.6.20

    We also want know how to import post_date since we have a list of 1800 customer comments that need to be listed in date order of when they came in from our prior system.

    Hi Josh,

    It’s not possible at this time to import the post date or custom fields from a spreadsheet. Custom fields were added after the spreadsheet import/export feature, and you’re the first person to ask about importing the post date.

    We’re putting out an update later this week, and we’ll definitely include the option to include a post date in your spreadsheet for uploading. We’ll also add importing/exporting custom fields to our feature request list, so if it’s not too complicated then it should get added in an update in the near future as well.

    Thanks that will help a lot since all the questions now look like they all came in in one day… vs over the last 12 months.

    Hello Josh,

    We are still working on the next release and it should be out soon. Currently we don’t really have any ETA available but regarding this, our support could probably give you a more accurate estimate.
