import export price update issue

    Hi,
    I export the products.
    Select only ID, Regular price, sale price.

    Then change the prices and import back. https://prnt.sc/v5xatx

    There is no error shown but prices are not updated in front end or back end.

    The weird thing is, when I export again, CSV file includes the updated prices.
    I go to front end, but old prices remain there.

    What is wrong here?

    Hi @roadlink –

    Are you using any sort of caching plugins or does your web host have server side caching?

    yes, Our website hosted in kinsta and they have server based cache.
    But I have cleaned all the cache, visit the page few days later. It is still same.

    If you’re still having this issue, please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply..
