Hi! There seems to be a few failed imports lately, but thank you for helping people on this forum! Here’s my debug code:

    BMI-9MTmaRyK-03548

    Could it be fixed? Thanks!

    Hi @govus

It seem like something unexpected happened during your restoration process. I believe it could be caused by browser-side.

Please try to run the restoration once again as it could be single time error, it could be even caused by your hosting provider server restart or simply some kind of software that removed restoration files during the process.

To make sure that wasn’t the case try to run the restoration above 5th minute of any hour e.g.: 10:05, 11:05, 12:05 (or later) 10:35, 11:35, 12:35.

Just to make sure any scheduled operations won’t happen on full or half of the hour. E.g. there can be a file cleanup planned on 10:00, 10:30 or 11:00.

Once you run the restoration, please make sure:
    a) Your PC won’t go into sleep-mode
    b) Screen-saver mode is not enabled or active
    c) [Mac] Drive-sleep mode is not enabled
    d) You have not run the restoration from Opera GX or Brave browser
    e) You don’t use any extension that limits resource usage or “saves energy”

Usually you don’t need to care about above things, but this is the complete list of things that can cancel the restore process.

You can even use different browser just in case.

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you 🙂
