Hi,
Please install “Advanced Cron Manager” plugin and check what processes are scheduled(Dashboard > Tools > Cron Manager). The task that updates the feeds in Ai1ec is called ai1ec_cron. Check what time Advanced Cron Manager says it will run it.

I have installed “Advanced Cron Manager” as advised and checked the ai1ec_cron task. It says it is set to run hourly. However, this morning I still don’t see new events from my feeds until I refresh them manually (having waited more than an hour since their creation).
Thanks

In “Advanced Cron Manager” the task now has a “Next Execution” time of “At next page refresh”. This remains even after refreshing the page.
Web server is IIS.
Thanks for your help.

I think this is now resolved. There was an issue with the cron scheduled task which has now been sorted.
Thanks for your help.
No problem, I am glad your issue is resolved.
Take care,
Ben

Unfortunately this isn’t resolved as I thought it was. In “Advanced Cron Manager” the task now has a “Next Execution” time of “At next page refresh”. This remains even after refreshing the page.
Any ideas on what else might be causing this problem? I won’t pretend to know how WordPress cron works but even if I manually invoke wp-cron.php via the command line the status of the ailec_cron task remains the same.
Thanks
