Yes, its possible. You can create several different pages with import shortcodes ( http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/ ).
So then if someone visit specific page, then system will start import from specific source into your booking resource (calendar). Usually for accessing such pages you need to define CRON script at your server.
