import from localhost

    Hello,

    I am currently running Woocommerce website and we are planning to do update soon, new website is being built thru app called LOCAL, something similar to xampp with bitnami module, but it only supports wordpress sites. It is running on Webserver nginx, PHP Version 7.3.5 and Database MySQL 8.0.16. Hosting is running on 7.4 I think, but I am not sure and also Database is MariaDB 10.3… so My question is that when I am going to export local host version with different settings, am I going to meet any troubles while Importing in online server with different database and php version? I am going to use minimum of plugins (tax/delivery/invoice – they are working with both themes…) New theme is just more responsive, more minimal and with less size volume.

    Usually, there are no issues when the database is different. Make sure that you are using a supported database – MariaDB or MySQL.

    There are not major differences between PHP 7.3.5 and 7.4 and you should not have any issues.
