    Hello, i’m using ReviewX plugin an have lots of comments with rating and Photo and videos

    I want to migrate to this plugin for my reviews on the same site, Ratings and comments are OK but Photos and Reviews are not converting and is gone

    is there a fix for this?

    my problem is the reviews are in the same website and when im doing export and import it looks bad and im having lots of duplicates

    I was wondering if there was an option just to migrate without the hassle of all those steps, because its the same website and I just want to change plugins.

    for one website it’s OK. I wanted to do it on many sites as an Agency and that’s why I wanted to ask

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

    I think you can delete all current reviews first, then use the importing feature of our plugin to import reviews with media (images and videos).
