Hi, I couldn’t find any tutorial or explanation about how to import FAQs with a spreadsheet.

Yes, I’m premium. I just need more info about how to do that. What should be the columns? What are the file specs?

I tried many times, but instead of importing the answer it imports the question twice.

Hi Guilhermos,

You can download our example import spreadsheet here: http://www.etoilewebdesign.com/Screenshots/FAQ_Export.xls

You can use this as a template. It should give you a good idea of how the spreadsheet needs to be formatted for import.
