    There was a request 10 months ago to provide the format for the CSV file, you replied it was a PRO function and Submit a ticket. Well, I am a PRO user…your SUPPORT TICKET link is broken, there have been no replies to emails…

    There is a readme, which is useful but contains wrong information (see point 1)

    So:
    1) Please provide examples of the fields…
    – it took trial and error to determine that wdm_normal_auction, wdm_enable_reserve, wdm_enable_inc require a 1 to import properly.
    – wdm_opening_bid, wdm_incremental_val do not populate regardless of what is entered

    2) The import is flakey…I have a test file. The first time it properly imported both auctions; however, after removing them, it skips the first auction every single time and enters a zero ID. This is after saying it successfully imported 3 items…WTF, 3? Only have 2 items in the CSV.

    Maybe you will respond here, because you there don’t appear to be any other options to get the support you sell with the plugin.
