Import Issues

Hello,

I have a few issues on importing:

1. Extremely slow upload – uploading just 3 columns SKU, Price, Qty takes about 3-4 hrs. Is this a server error? If so, can someone please give me directions on how to fix this? I’m not a technical person.

2. Importing brands – I bought a plugin to create a taxonomy brand. Can we use this importer to upload brands? If so, any directions will be appreciated.
