import just hang

    I am having issues importing a few users. I exported from a test site less than 200 users – export went all fine and no issues.

    Then I tried to import (using the same file I just exported) in to the new site and the import just hangs. I tried in different browsers, same deal. I also tried to only import one record, same deal.

    I am using WP 5.1.1 and Woocommerce 3.5.7. (php version 7.3)

    Please advice.

    Hi @biornt,

    Please share the WC fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs > fatal error log and your PHP error logs from /var/logs/ via support.

    Our support team will follow you up from there.

    Thanks for getting back quick.

    It does not create any log file, it just continue to hang forever until I click out of it.

    FYI – when I reverted the php version from 7.x back to 5.6, it worked fine. So it seems to be a conflict with php 7. I tried on different servers, and php version was always the issue.

    Let me know if you find the same issue.
