Import markers does not work

    I tried to load markers from my csv file to already existing (ultimate supsystic) map. When I select Import/Export tab and choose file from my computer desktop nothing happens. Then when I click “Save” button loading circle appears for a second and then nothing more happens.
    I edited exported file to make sure I do not omit any fields but it didn’t change anything.
    FYI Also field ‘id’ that you’ve mentioned in tutorial does not exist in export file. There i ‘marker_id’ instead.

    I tried to contact you via your internal support lately and also 2 months ago, with no response.

    Hi, @gecia777
    Thank you for contacting us regarding your question!
    We answered you.
    This functionality is made for import/export not of any CSV, but only from one Ultimate Maps to another.
    We don’t guarantee that third-party CSVs will work as you may have a completely different file structure.
    Therefore, the plugin simply does not understand it.

    thank you for reply.

    I tried to import csv file created on the basis of the csv file exported in the same Ultimate Maps view. I only edited names and id values, so it should be compliant, right?
