Import movies bug with version from Git

Hi,

Its look like there is one bug with version from git I use it.. I did not test this with version from ww.wp.xz.cn .. but, when I logged in with admin user.. I do not see any more Import movies in menu http://prnt.sc/b2yk06 .. but link is on movie Dashboard http://prntscr.com/b2ykyy and when I click on Import I get this message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” http://prntscr.com/b2yl54
