Import New Users: username doesn’t exist

    Hi,
    I’m trying to import a bunch of new users, and I must be missing something. I have a csv with the first column “username” and I’ve assigned usernames to all new users. When I import the csv, I’m told “username doesn’t exist.” These are new users! How can I import NEW users?

    Are you using user_id column?

    Hi,
    Oh, yes, I had a ID, I thought the documentation said I could assign the ID. I changed it to “Member number” and the import worked!
