Import Not Functional & Support Don’t Reply

After using the plugin for a while now (6 months)! It shows a lot of errors with chrome extension + products where not synchronized correctly as described (Example: Weight and Dimensions don’t synchronize). Al Amin plugin creator does not reply. It has been more than 1 week from ticket submission. Even when I asked for a refund he didn’t cooperate.
