There are certain steps that you need to take in consideration while importing the sheet.
– Checking the folder permission of the plugin.
– The sheet column name should be the same as form fields name. This can be found on the import screen itself.
– The file extension must be .csv only.
– The file must have comma separated values only.
If still facing errors, kindly provide the screenshot and the sample import sheet.
