    Hi Developer,

    I have 2 WP sites with Clearfy. I’d like to import Clearfy options from 1 site to another but it does not work. After clicking the Import Options button, it becomes disabled, I waited for a few minutes and check the settings, all of them seems to be at default settings. There is not a message to indicate whether the import was successful or not. Can you please help ?

    Hi,

    you need to open the developer console in your browser. Then click on the import button, if you get an error in the developer console, make a screenshot of the error and send a screenshot to me.

    Also you should try to disable some plugins to try to complete the import, maybe a problem in the conflict with some of your plugins.

    Hi, there was no error in the console (using Chrome, Firefox). It simply didn’t do anything. After clicking Refresh (F5), the value in option box becomes [].
