I have a website where I will be importing some posts from another website. They will go into a category that normally sends post notifications–but in this case I don’t want these posts to have notifications sent out–what would the process be for this?

    Hi @mainliborg,

Thanks for reaching out to us! We’re happy to support you.

Referring to the above inquiry, I assume you want to disable the post notifications on your site. To do that, simply visit Dashboard > Express > Campaign > Disable(toggle button).

Note: Once you disable the campaign, post notifications will not get triggered.

Let me know if you need any other assistance.

    Cheers!

Hi, Thank you. I just wanted to make sure that the plugin didn’t have a system that recognized newer posts in a category from some kind of cached “last post” and would send anything newer even if the plugin was not active or the campaign temporarily turned off during that time.

    Hi @mainliborg,

    I hope you’re doing well.

Please be aware that if post notifications or any other campaigns are disabled on the site or if the plugin is deactivated, you can rest assured that post notifications will not be triggered.

I’m sharing this information for your reference. In the future, to prevent accidental email notifications, delete the campaign report this will halt the email-sending process.

I hope this information is helpful.

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns.
