I’ve checked “WP All Import” plugin today. What you need is located in their “Custom Fields” section (Step 3). You need to set custom field “Name” to _alg_wc_cog_cost there to import column as cost of goods. As I understand, you will need “WP All Import Pro” to use their “Custom Fields” section though.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, that’s correct, variations of a variable product can also save its cost in _alg_wc_cog_cost meta (alternatively you can save one cost for all variations in main variable product’s _alg_wc_cog_cost meta). I.e. same meta key is used for all product types: simple, variable, variation etc.
