I want to import my customers with their files from my old site to a new website.
I succeed to transfert all the files to the new FTP but i don’t know how to link them to my customers.

Sorry for the delay (do not hesitate to post directly on our main support forums next time, where we are more reactive).
You can transfer private content datas as XML with some plugins such as WP All Import (or similar ones). The only thing that you need to know is that we store the post owner data in a post_meta called
cuar_owner_queryable. So, for each post that you need to export, you’ll also need to export this post_meta to make sure that the post owner is also transferred.Do not hesitate to ask on our support forums if you’re having trouble doing this.
