    So frustrated – first I had errors on my imports, the last one a security problem. Now I don’t get errors, but nothing imports. I’m using the template exactly. It had worked partially the first time I used it, meaning some were added and others weren’t. Now in updating it, and adding new users, nothing works. Excel file in cvs turning up blank.

    It is really strange.

    First of all, please try to use Google Drive or LibreOffice (or OpenOffice) to manage the CSV.

    Also, please copy us the message it throws in order to be able to help you.
