Import/Restore Hanging Up

I have been using the pro version of this plugin for years and just ran into my first issue. I had exported a site, downloaded the file and went to import it to a new installation of wordpress. I tried multiple versions of AIO, multiple backups and all of them are now unable to be restored.

If I put it locally and do it as a restore, it hangs at somewhere below 50% and shows a lower percentage from time to time as it sits there. It does seem like it can repop the plugins, but the other content is not there.

I let it sit grinding away for over an hour on one instance and still nothing.

I’ve used this provider and plugin multiple times, never had an issue. Until now.
