Import Sample Data from Template into Bitnami Local

Hi All,

New to WordPress – so far, this is pretty cool!

Couple questions if I may:

Just installed Bitnami, so I could develop locally then push everything live to my website. (That’s what the video tutorial I watched recommended 🙂

Now, I’ve imported the template and everything is functioning ok. However, the template is pretty vacant/empty – meaning, it doesn’t appear that any of the sample data that came with the Template moved over.

I located the SQL file in the templates sources directory (I’m guessing from looking at it that this is what I’m looking for (contains all the posts, news, table layouts??) etc.)

My assumption is that somewhere, there is a like SQL file in Bitnami that I can just overwrite with this one and whallah – the sample data will show??

Is it that easy or are their additional steps? If anybody knows how to do this I would sure appreciate your advice.
