    Hello,
    I have 3 issues:

1- I’m trying to import reviews from a spreadsheet, I purchased the Premium Version, and named the columns on my file with the same fields name of the plugin. Concerning “Title- Review – Product Name – Author – Score” I didn’t have any problem. What I am struggling with are “categories and Date”.
I created all the categories necessary in the plugin before importing, but when I upload the file they don’t appear, same with the dates.

2- I would love to change the Date format, because the month is written in English and I would prefer it in numbers, since my website is not in English.

3- Is it possible to change the FILTER section? instead of having it like a button I would prefer it to be a sort of fixed menu with the different product name clickable.

    Hope my issues are understandable.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    PS. another issue just occurred:
    I tried uploading an excel file to see the final result;
it uploaded 1000 files (51 pages) most of which empty.
Does it mean that it imports even the blank lines of the file?
    How can I fix that?
I tried to cancel the empty files but the pages are still 51 and the elements still 1005, and the bin empty.

    Hi @zulyrouge,

    Regarding #1
It’s probably just the formatting of the data entered in the date column. It can be confusing, but, if you have a look at an exported file, you’ll see that the date you enter in your spreadsheet needs to be formatted yyyy-mm-dd. So, if you want to do April 15th, 2019, for example, just put in 2019-04-15 as the value.

    – First, create a “Date” type field in the plugin. Let’s say, for example, that you name it: “Date”
    – Add a new column to your import spreadsheet. The heading for this column needs to be exactly what you named the new field. So, in this example: “Date”
    – For each order, in the “Date” column, enter the date, following the yyyy-mm-dd format exactly.

Could you try this and see if it works now?

    Regarding #2 and #3
Unfortunately, at the moment there are no options in the plugin to do so.

As for your last issue, are you uploading a single spreadsheet file that contains a single sheet?

Also, please make sure to remove all formatting and empty rows from the import spreadsheet when importing.

Thank you for your reply, the date issue is sorted.
What about the Categories?? I created all the categories necessary in the plugin before importing, but when I upload the file they don’t appear.
I tried to export the file to see the column name and it’s written correctly in my file as well.

We just released an update yesterday that corrects the issue of the categories not being imported with the reviews.
