    Hey, quick doubt. I made an export file from my old site and want to import it on a new WordPress install.

    Should I install the same theme/plugins first, or will the import bring everything over by itself?

    I hope you are well.

    You do not need to install anything. You only need to install All-in-One WP Migration and import your wpress file. The plugin will import your theme, plugins, media, and content for you. Happy migrating!
