    Hi. We are getting stuck on “checking extensions compatibility” in the import process. PHP version 7.2.4 Do you have any suggestions on how to fix the issue? Thank you

    Hi

    Can you go to the plugins page and check for updates on any extensions that you have please?

    Is the PHP version that you are exporting from the same as the site that you are importing to?
