And when I subscribe an email, I was redirected to the newest article in the category.
Can I choose redirect page?
Importing is not yet a feature of STC I will look into it for the update to version 2.1.3
Just a question concerning your request for importing subscribers.
How would you like to import. Add all subscribers as new and delete existing subscribers with the same email?

It’s exactly as you said.
Also, I want to choose the subscribers’ categories when I import them.
A new version 2.1.3 with import features is released.

I am using Version 2.3.1 and don’t see an ‘import’ or ‘export’ option?
This option is available on the admin setting page for STC. Scroll to the bottom and there you will find the import and the export functions.
