I trust you followed the instructions on this page to import subscribers over by using a .CSV file. Please also keep an eye on the import number limitations, especially if you’re on a Jetpack Free plan 🙂
If that’s so and you still have trouble importing the file, I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening. Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?
