• I set up an import to FB catalogue more than 24 hrs ago. On FB catalogue it says it is still importing products. I only have 4 products to import, should it be taking this long!?

    I notice that caffeine refreshes the product feed every 6 hours. Does this overwrite the last and restart the process?

    Have now got an error log in Pixel Caffeine: FBAPIException Message: Please, connect your facebook account to make operations to the custom audiences of your Ad account.

    Account is definitely connected.

    Hi,

    firstly, apologies for replying only now!

    Then, afterward please upgrade your plugin version because we had to fix some deprecations of the Facebook API in the latest version, so maybe this might cause the second issue you posted.

    Lastly, about the product catalog stuck on importing products, please try to enter inside the settings of the feed from your Facebook Ad account page and check for the URL to the feed, it must be reachable and must point to the XML generated by the plugin.
