    Hi,

    I am trying to import a large list (2000+) of users from a spreadsheet. The import seems to be working fine as I don’t get any notification and the users appear under the user list on WP. When creating the users I also set the password that I want used through the spreadsheet.
    My issue is that the users that are created with the import cannot login, when i enter their user name and password I remain stuck on the login page. The users i create manually work fine and both look identical in terms of set-up on WP. so I am struggling to understand what the isue is.
    Could you help me out with that?

    We have a few questions regarding your import…

    1) Are all users and their passwords fully migrated to the database?
    2) Is the user active in ProfileGrid >> User Profiles for which you are trying to login?
    3) Is the user assigned to any ProfileGrid User Group?

    If your answer to all of these is yes, we will require access details to your site for a deeper analysis that’ll help us deliver you a quick solution.

    You can provide us the login details on the ticket you have already created on our support portal. Any further communication after receiving the login details will be carried out there itself due to security reasons.
