Please before giving a bad review, ask in the forum and we give you support. Surely your problem was really easy to solve and we use to answer in minutes.
Consider all the time we use trying to do a good software and answering support to solve problems like you.
I don’t know if you have some project like this, but yes, a 1 star review for a problem that could be solve answering support is not fair for us.
I do consider your time, as a programmer I know what it takes. But your response is not satisfactory. If it had a more professional response, saying you will look at the bug, sorry for the inconvenience, etc. It would’ve been better, and would’ve increased the rating.
But seeing the response for others too (the “just doesn’t work”) which I agree it was blunt and didn’t say why.
I looked at the forum and caught that. But spent too much time trying different ways.

Which bug? You don’t tell me the bug.
If you tell me the bug I fix the bug (or surely I tell you how to use it).

It seems you did not format correctly the CSV.
It is working in more than 40.000 active installations and it has more than 1,2 millions of downloads, so this plugin works and as you can see in the support forum, you can ask and we help in minutes.
Hope that if you have some plugin, before giving you a 1 star review, your users ask before in forum.
