hello
from time to time I want to insert as example list of 10 new users to the website but I don’t know what is the last user id that exist in the site
so I want to prepare the excel sheet of users list without the column of user id
at this case when import these new list each user will take new user id or the new users will be not created ?

Use id is not required for create new user. new user id will automatically assigned by WordPress.
