    Hello,

    Import users from another website using this plugin. But after import User’s Password get change automatically.

    Hi @arunhp21,

    Please tell us whether you are trying to import users which are exported from another WordPress site or fresh importing users with plain text password in the CSV file.
    If you are trying to import plain text password from the CSV then you may please create a column with header name “wt_hash” and provide the data “yes” in that column.

    I export users from old website and import in new website. After export I review my csv and match old database, So password doesn’t match. Password is already in md5 format.And also users get problem while login.

    Hi @arunhp21,

    The plugin supports importing WordPress MD5 hashed passwords from one site to another site such that users can log in to the new site using the old password without needing to reset. If you are having the latest version of the plugin then please make sure that the CSV contains the wt_hash column in it with data “no”. Please refer to the screenshot. If the wt_hash the column is missing then please add it with the data “no”

    If the issue still persists with the wt_hash column included then please share your CSV file via support.
