Import XML after theme installation

Hi,

Is there any action or anything else that would automatically import chosen xml when installing new theme ? For an example if user is uploading new template theres a piece of code in functions.php that would import xml file from the template directory to the wordpress content without need of doing anything by the user ? Just like using Tools > Import ?
