Import XML content

Hi All,

I have a large amount of textual content that I have in XML. These are books that I would like to publish on a WordPress site. I was wondering if someone could guide me to a location where I can find all the markup that I should insert into the XML so that WP can understand which is the title, body, and other things in the content. I would also like to be able to have WP read the body text and see which parts of the text are quotes, and other things.

Any help would be much appreciated.
