Is it possible to import xml or csv data with base64 content?
How can I decode the content during the import?

Since the free version of WP All Import doesn’t support inline PHP functions, you’d have to decode the content using the base64_decode() function and our API: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/action-reference/.
