Before you open a new topic, please check if your question or problem has been discussed before:

Before posting a support question

1. Are you using the newest version of WordPress? This is always recommended!
2. Are you using the newest version of Open User Map? This is even required! Maybe your problem has already been fixed in the latest version.

If something does not work, as it should:

• Please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to safely disable all other plugins and switch to default theme. This will not affect your page visitors. It helps you to see if there is a compatibility issue with another plugin.
• Do you see any error message in the JavaScript error console in your browser?

If all of this does not help or fix the problem, I invite you to open a new topic in this forum. Please include a link to the page and any error message that you see.
