    I’m writing this article because I’m simply appalled by the support offered by WP Touch.

    I purchased WP touch Pro alongside the mobile touch theme, for £149. This also comes with a streamlined support account that is supposed to give you a strong line of communication with their support team.

    Upon installing the pro plugin, I found that it was unfortunately not compatible with my website. Many things were not displaying as they should be, and the functionality was not as advertised. I therefore contacted support, who at first made every effort to try a disapprove my claims (please note that at this point replies were being answered within a day max). Once the support member found that it was indeed an issue beyond their scope, I asked for a refund as per their guarantee. Since asking for this refund I have not received a reply for 12 days! I have sent three subsequent messages and all of those have not been replied to either. The support member I am in contact with is Emilio Rivera.

    I am now expecting to receive a reply in a couple days telling me that unfortunately the 14-day guarantee has now surpassed and I am now not eligible for my money back.

    So for anyone thinking of purchasing this product, do so knowing that you are taking a big risk with your money.
