    attempting to import into JetPack CRM. error message received. Tried one cvs record, same error. Exported and Imported same file from JetPack CVS, same error.

    Can you please try the following:

    You may also share try to share your .csv file through a Google drive public link here, so we can test if we can import the file successfully. You may choose to trim down the list of contacts to 3 contacts.
