importing contacts

    I’m trying to import my contacts from Square via CSV. Unfortunately, the only info that’s being imported is email addresses, despite the fact that I’ve set the parameters.

    How can I correct this??

    Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the mapping screen when importing your conatcts?

    Well, just from the screenshot provided it looks like there is some missing, at least from the example record that you’ve shown.

    Try uploading your CSV to a CSV parser online and see if there are any formatting issues.

    Other than that, everything appears to be okay. Make sure Groundhogg is the latest version.
