Importing CSV List from Mailchimp

    I’ve been trying to import a CSV list from Mailchimp, and once I click the Upload button, it says “We found 1 line in your CSV”, and only displays one column with 0-4 sequential numbering. I’ve tried both the list directly from the Mailchimp export, as well as clearning any additional fields and leaving only the email/first/last columns.

    Any way to get this to import the CSV properly? Anything I should be checking to make sure it’s set correctly?
